Misty's sire, Simply Radiant is out of AGS Simply Awsome - 1998 World Champion. Simply Radiant was shown last year and was awarded 5 Grand Champion's in both halter and formal Pleasure driving. "Rad" is a grandson of Willy Doo who was by the Hackney Ready To Go. Simply Radiant's dam was Red Velvet Polly II who was by Blue Skies who was by Equality (Mr. Sandman) out of My Little Margie by Yankee Doodle. Blue Skies and Equality were both noted champions and Equality was never beaten in show. Polly II's dam was Red Velvet Polly who was by Sunny Acres Airborne Rocket ( the national champion harness pony 43"-46" in 1970.) Red Velvet Polly's dam, Larigo's Red Velvet was the top selling mare at the historic Heyl Pony Farm dispersal in the mid 60's. She was by Larigo's Dark Magic.
Misty's dam, Shadowbox Jet's Playgirl is out of Knight's Supreme Miss and sired by nat'l. ch. Michigans Jet Setter. She won Champion of champions in her first time to show and was named to the All Star List for that show season.
